• Technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. This is processed automatically by our hosting and content-delivery providers so the website can be delivered securely.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

• We use your email address only to send you updates about CODA that you asked for. Our legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR / UK GDPR).
• We use technical data to run, secure and fix the website. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Webflow, Inc., which hosts this website and stores form submissions.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (cdnjs), which delivers a script used for the page animations.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or we stop sending CODA updates, whichever comes first. Technical data is kept by our providers for a short period in their security logs.
